Exploring the back streets of Thonburi
This scoot will take you along riverside paths and backstreets where often cars can’t go. As you ride you will get a glimpse at local life. While you will start and finish on the Bangkok side of the river, the main riding is on the Thonburi side of the river.

A fun afternoon exploring by eScooter
Ultimately this tour offers a fun activity where you get to explore areas of Bangkok that you would not normally visit. Using eScooter you get to have a little adventure but not too tiring! In one eScooter tour we get to ride the equivalent of 3 walking tours.
Discover the diversity of Bangkok
Along the ride you will pass Chinese shrines, Thai temples, a Catholic church and 2 mosques. While you will not go inside all of these you will discover the diversity of the area and the Thai culture.
An eScooter tour is a fun way to explore but safe riding is important. After meeting the guide we will conduct a full briefing on how to use the eScooter and safety requirements. This will be followed by a short practice ride before hitting the roads.
Then the tour will begin. We will start by taking a boat across the river to the Thonburi side. From there you will scoot on a combination of quiet roads, backstreets and riverside paths. Along the way we will pass through local neighbourhoods in the areas of Khlong San, Kudeejeen and Bangrak.
By the end of the tour you will have got a great insight into local life and discovered a Bangkok that you never believed existed. Hopefully you will also have had a lot of fun!

Meeting point: Sanam Chai MRT Station - close to Cafe Amazon (full details will be sent on booking)
Finish: The tour will finish in the Bangrak area, close to the Assumption Cathedral. From there we will help you get back to the BTS Skytrain (Saphan Taksin Station) or to wherever you need to go next.
Getting to the start: Full details will be sent on booking. We do advise you to take public transport to avoid the traffic in Bangkok.
Minimum age: For safety reasons we do have a minimum age of 14 on our eScooter Tours
Lifting of eScooters: In some points you may be required to lift the scooters up a a few stairs. The Scooter weighs approx 15kg. Caution is advised for people with back problems
Safety:
The safety of all riders and others on the street is our number 1 concern.
- We maintain the right to terminate a tour if we feel a rider is unsafe.
- All riders are required to wear helmets.
- Rainy season can be from May to November. When it does rain it usually only lasts a short time, but we will need to stop riding if we consider it unsafe. Our guides will provide ponchos and we will adapt the tour where needed. We do not offer refunds if it rains.
The weather: Bangkok can get very hot and sunny, please do dress comfortably but respectfully. We recommend you to wear sun cream (especially on your arms) and some people prefer to wear a hat under their helmet
This is an eScooter tour: This tour is not suitable for people who may have difficulties riding a scooter and we have a maximum weight of 100kg.
Group Sizes: This tour is limited to a maximum group size of 8 people when run as a join-in tour. For private tours we can do bigger groups. However, we keep the groups small to ensure we are not disruptive! For 6 people or more we suggest a private tour.
Minimum numbers and individual customers: This tour requires a minimum 2 people to run it. We do allow individuals to book but there is a possibility the tour will not run if there is only 1 guest.
Private & Custom Tours: If you have specific requirements or a group of 6 or more we suggest you contact us about a private tour. Private tours include pick-up and drop-off (although often we may use public transport to avoid traffic), and the route may be adapted to your needs.
