Exactly what I had hoped for.  You guys really delivered on a day with some nature, some spirituality, outside the city. I can’t say enough good things about Esso.  He is a great guide, very engaging, very knowledgeable.  I learned just the right amount of information to make the activities interesting and meaningful without becoming academic, like being in a classroom.  That is really an art on his part.  The biking route was great – through some regular neighborhoods.  The lunch was delicious and in a beautiful spot – again seeming a bit off the beaten path – which I like a lot.
