The tour is customizable, but we usually recommend starting at one of Bangkok’s fashionable markets such as the Ratchada Train Market, where one can also enjoy a drink.
Visit a late night fresh market
Restaurants, hotels and other market vendors usually visit fresh markets in the early hours of the morning to buy their produce for the next day. We will visit one such market and normally we recommend Khlong Toei Market.
Learning about the working lives of the market vendors
Many vendors work through the nights and during this tour you will get an insight into the lives of such vendors.
Zooming around in a tuk tuk when the roads are quiet
Bangkok is famous for Markets, food and tuk tuks! In the late hours of the night when there is no traffic and the temperatures are cooler it is the perfect time to experience the thrills of travelling by tuk tuk.
Discovering the best late night eateries (if you are hungry)
Don’t forget the food! This is a customizable tour and while we do not include food in the cost we are able to adapt to stop at 3 different late night food places if you are hungry!
Some people call Bangkok a city that never sleeps and when it comes to visiting markets it is possible to find a market at any time of day. For a lot of the cities wholesale markets activity peaks at a time when the party animals are starting to go home.
On this late night tuk tuk tour we will take you to 3 of these markets. This tour is only available as a private tour and we will customize the tour depending on your interests but as a recommendation we will pick 3 very different markets.
Bangkok has some amazing late night eateries and if you want we will combine these markets with up to 3 food and drink stops depending on your hunger levels in the late hours of the night. If you want to turn it into a real midnight food tour by tuk tuk you can! Note that we do not include food and drinks in the price as this allows you to adapt based in your interest.
Typically, we can start anytime between 9pm and 3am and last for approximately 4 hours but this will vary depended on your needs and interests. Our recommended start time is 10pm as allows you to visit both traditional night markets and markets that do business the early hours of the morning.
Our recommended route would take you to Ratchada Train Market, Kklong Toei Fresh Market and Samphaeng wholesale market. However, we can customize these markets as you prefer.

Food and drinks: These are not included as everyone has a different appetite late at night. Depending on where we stop we would recommend that you budget 200-500THB per person for food and 100-200THB per drink.
Alcohol during the tour: While we can stop in maximum 2 places for a drink, this is not a drinking tour and we reserve the right to terminate the tour if guests are drunk or abusive. We request you do not drink much beforehand.
Our team works late: By asking our guides to work late at night we believe they deserve overtime and the price of the tour reflects this.
On a stopover: This tour is perfect for those on a short stop over with an early morning flight. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the correct visa’s and we cannot refund if there are any delays in flights or immigration.
